B90X

If you are interested in gaining muscle you should try using our workouts. You are being introduced to B90x. B90x is going to be a weekly workout. It's going to be a variety of different workouts. Just give it a try and see if you improve in muscle. B90x is the way to go.

This week in B90x we are working out chest and triceps. The first workout is incline chest 6 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6, 6, 6. The second workout is flat bench 6 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6, 6, 6. The third work out is bench flys 5 sets 15 reps. The final workout is bench dips 5 sets 15 reps. Be prepared for a struggle and to be sore.
